Staff Training
All DepiCool staff are fully trained to:
- Assess whether a new customer can safely start a course of Intense Pulsed Light treatment
- Answer all questions about the treatment and its effects
- Evaluate an individual's skin pigmentation and hair type
- Plan an appropriate course of treatment sessions
- Prepare the area to be treated
- Operate the IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) equipment
- Advise on post treatment care
Most DepiCool practitioners hold one or several healthcare qualifications and certifications, in addition to having several years of experience.
IPL Treatment Quality
In order to deliver high-quality treatment to each customer, DepiCool:
- Has a proven treatment protocol which defines each step of the treatment process
- Operates equipment which undergoes regular checks and maintenance
- Uses quality supplies (such as the conductive gel used to prepare the treatment area) during the treatment process
- Follows industry standard guidelines for IPL treatment and ensures registration with the appropriate authorities
- Holds liability insurance
