Please note: By submitting this application, this does not automatically confirm your appointment and it will be necessary to speak to an advisor whom can either confirm your appointment (if the agenda for the nominated centre and date/time are available) or alternatively we will contact you to arrange another another suitable time for you.
Please also be aware that appointment time slots do get very booked in advance, so it is best to arrange an appointment with at least a few days notice, especially if the time you are requesting is in our peak hours. (Between 12-2pm and 5-8pm)
