• Valid for NEW DepiCool clients only.

    •    1 voucher per person, multiple may be purchased as gifts.
    •    First appointment must be booked within three months of receiving voucher.
    •    Voucher valid for 3 months from first session for Ultrasound Cavitation, 6 months for 24K Gold Facial and 9 months for IPL hair removal.
    •    Ultrasound subject to being deemed medically fit for treatment. Please check the list of contraindications above before purchasing the deal.
    •    IPL suitable for skin phototypes 1 to 4, please check the list of contraindications below before purchasing the deal, subject for patch test.
    •    Advance booking required, please have voucher and security codes ready.
    •    Valid at participating centres, please check fine print of each promotion.
    •    Not valid with other offers.

• IPL deal voucher, ONE standard area is equivalent to ONE session. You can therefore, add more standard areas within one session, but it will reduce the total number of sessions of your voucher accordingly. If you decide to consume your voucher faster by adding more standard areas within one session, you will not be authorised to come and treat the small areas if you have spent all 6 standard areas.

• Due to the high demand you will be requested to book ALL your appointments at once after the patch test for IPL deal, before the 1st session for Ultrasound Cavitation and 24K Gold Facial.

• For a patch test and 1st Cavitation appointment a £20.00 fee will be charged for rescheduling it. Any changes for other confirmed bookings prior to the appointments dates will be charge at £10.00 per change. All unattended appointments that have not been rescheduled prior to the appointments dates are lost. No exceptions.

• Online booking only using our exclusive online-booking system. We will not take bookings over the phone or by email.

For regular customers: This does not apply to patch test and 1st session for Ultrasound Cavitation.

1. Suitability of the treatments:

It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit to have our treatments at the date of your appointments. Please remember that we will not be responsible for any changes over time regarding suitability of the treatments.

1.1 IPL Hair Removal

In order to assess the suitability of the treatment a patch test and a medical questionnaire are mandatory for safety purposes before starting the treatment. No exceptions.

You will NOT be able to have the treatment (patch test included) if any of the below apply:

Temporary contraindications

• Tanned skin or sun (UVA/UVB) exposure within one month prior to the session
• Intention to sunbathe within one month after each session
• Pregnancy
• Breast feeding
• Recently waxed, or any other depilation methods that remove the hair root, 20 days prior your first session and between sessions.
• Do not use any aggressive skincare treatments, such as peelings, at least one month before treatment.
• The skin must be in its most natural condition, no products should be applied within 48h of the treatment.
• Do not apply anaesthetic creams before the treatment

Medical conditions

• Photosensitivity (chronic, caused by a disease or medication and/or suplements)
• Varicose veins
• Blood coagulation problems
• Keloid scarring
• History of hypertrophic cicatrisation

• A number of medical conditions and diseases can be contraindicated for the treatment. They must be checked with your doctor. For some contraindicated conditions and medications and/or suplements we may need a certificate from your doctor regarding suitability of the treatment in order to perform the treatments.

Do not take photosensitive medication and/or suplements nor antibiotics nor antihistamines before your Patch test appointment and also before you come for your following treatments. Read the medication description in case of doubt. In order to perform a patch test or a treatment, we need to wait at least two weeks since last medication and/or suplements, please consult your doctor in case of doubt.
Ibuprofen is Photosensitive.

We take your safety very seriously. If you have the slightest concern or wish to check whether a condition you have might be a reason not to have a course of Intense Pulsed Light treatment, we are happy to answer all questions at info@depicool.co.uk

THE PRACTITIONER AT THE CENTRE WILL EVALUATE THE SUITABILITY OF THE TREATMENT.
IF ANY OF THE ABOVE APPLY YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO START THE TREATMENT, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY THAT NONE OF THE ABOVE APPLY AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.

PLEASE CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR FOR ANY PRESCRIBED MEDICATION.

For promotions sold via 3'rd parties only: A £20.00 FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR RESCHEDULING A PATCH TEST. ALTERNATIVELY, SINCE YOU HAVEN'T STARTED YOUR TREATMENT, YOU CAN ALWAYS OPT FOR A FULL REFUND DIRECTLY FROM GROUPON OR OTHER 3’d PARTIES (BY REQUESTING IT TO THEM and subject to their particular T&C). FOR ALL OTHER SESSIONS, IT WILL FORFEIT 1 SESSION OF YOUR VOUCHER. NO EXCEPTION.

Extensive area surcharge applies to IPL treatment: There is a 15% surcharge for clients whom require a greater area than normal to be treated, this surcharge also applies to male clients. This is to cover the additional time taken to apply treatments to more extensive areas. This does not apply to Small Areas.

1.2 Ultrasound Cavitation Fat Reduction

You will NOT be able to have the treatment if any of the below apply:

• During menstruation (apply only to abdomen)
• Skin infections and diseases
• Acute fever
• Thyroid disease and other hormonal disorders
• Any other chronic diseases
• Heart diseases or pacemakers
• Autoimmune diseases, HIV or AIDS
• Allergy to applied materials (eg ceramic)
• Severe high blood pressure or circulation problems
• Cancer any form any time
• Asthma
• Deep vein thrombosis, varicose veins, thyroid, cancer, epilepsy
• Hemorrhagic disease, trauma, vascular rupture
• Pregnant or breastfeeding
• Infectious diseases
• Inflammation of the veins, phlebitis
• Intrauterine device, coil CANNOT treat abdomen
• High or unbalanced cholesterol
• Liver or kidney disease
• Autoimmune diseases, HIV or AIDS
• Wounds, sores
• Treatment with anti-inflammatories, anticoagulants, antibiotics and/or suplements
• Under 18

2. General Information:

2.1 Late Arrivals

We want to keep things running smoothly and appreciate your help with this. We’re happy to wait for you as long as we sensibly can, but most our centres are fully booked, therefore, it will be your responsibility to attend your appointments on time.
If you arrive late and cannot get treated because there is another appointment after yours, the session will be lost. No exception.

2.2 Missed Appointments, Late Cancellations, Contraindications preventing Treatments

Each appointments missed will forfeit 1 session of your voucher or special deal or offer.

YOU ARE ALLOWED TO CHANGE YOUR APPOINTMENTS FREE OF CHARGE UP TO 3 DAYS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT DATE OTHERWISE A £15.00 AMENDMENT FEE WILL APPLY.

UNATTENDED APPOINTMENTS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN RESCHEDULED BEFORE THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT ARE LOST.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT SAME DAY RESCHEDULING.

2.3 Cancellations - Agenda rescheduling

If for any reasons, we have to cancel your appointment. We will call you or email you at least 3 hours prior to the expected time.
We will offer you another appointment time.
We will have no other liability to you in any way whatsoever.

2.4 Refund / returns policy

7 day return policy for products: If you change your mind about your purchase of any creams or products, please return within 7 days from purchase (if unopened and undamaged packaging) and we will offer you an exchange for a different product or a discount for the value of the returned products.

For promotions sold via 3'rd parties only: BEFORE STARTING PATCH TEST OR ANY OF YOUR TREATMENTS, YOU CAN ALWAYS OPT FOR A FULL REFUND DIRECTLY FROM GROUPON OR OTHER 3’d PARTIES (BY REQUESTING IT TO THEM subject to their particular T&C). VOUCHERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE ONCE PATCH TEST OR FIRST SESSION FOR CAVITATION OR OTHER TREATMENTS HAVE BEEN PERFORMED.

If you purchased any deals or offers over the phone or at the clinic and you changed your mind, please make your request within 7 days from purchase date. After 7 day period special deals or offers are not refundable. In case of any temporary or permanent contraindications or any other circumstances preventing any treatments, a different treatment might be provided for the same value or less. Special deals or offers are not refundable in any case after 7 days from purchase date.

If you refuse to comply with our T & C after starting your treatments, we reserve the right to refund you the remaining sessions of your voucher at 50% discount.

Any performed treatment is not refundable.

2.5 Expiry date

For promotions sold via 3'd parties, first appointment must be booked within three months of receiving voucher. Then, the voucher is valid for 3 months from first session for Ultrasound Cavitation, 6 months for 24K Gold Facial and 9 months for IPL hair removal.

For other special deals and offers, the general validity for vouchers up to 6 sessions is for 9 months after purchase date.

2.6 Dispute

We understand that some of the conditions are restrictive however, due to the high demand and the prices we are offering.
We hope you understand and fully comply with those as it is the only way for us to offer quality treatments at a budget price.

While we want to please everyone, we know that is not always possible.
We take any offence to our staff very seriously and We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

If you refuse to comply with our T & C after starting your treatments, we reserve the right to refund you the remaining sessions of your voucher at 50% discount.

DepiCool reserves the right to judge any disputes on a case by case basis and the decision of DepiCool is always final.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and by getting any special deals or offers and / or redeeming your voucher you agree to abide by the most recent version of this (latest update September 1st 2012).

I acknowledge that I have read and agreed the aforementioned terms regarding contraindications and accept the consequences mentioned above if any of the above apply.

Terms and Conditions for online purchase

1. Privacy Policy – We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

2. Delivery Policy – Once we receive payment you will receive your voucher by email within 7 days.

3. Refund / Cancellation Policy – You will have 30 days to claim refund and we will cancel your voucher.

DepiCool UK Ltd has technical and organisational security measures in place to protect the data in our possession from accidental or malicious manipulation, loss, destruction and unauthorised access. Our security procedures undergo constant refinement as new technologies are introduced. The borderless nature of the internet will sometimes entail that information is stored outside of the EU, as such, you consent to your information being stored securely outside the EU.
