Temporary contraindications
• Tanned skin or sun (UVA/UVB) exposure within one month prior to the session
• Intention to sunbathe within one month after each session
• Pregnancy
• Breast feeding
• Recently waxed, or any other depilation methods that remove the hair root, 20 days prio your first session and between sessions.
• Do not use any aggressive skincare treatments, such as peelings, at least one month before treatment.
• The skin must be in its most natural condition, no products should be applied within 48h of the treatment.
• Do not apply anaesthetic creams before the treatment
Medical conditions
• Photosensitivity (chronic, caused by a disease or medication)
• Varicose veins
• Blood coagulation problems

• History of hypertrophic cicatrisation
• A number of medical conditions and diseases can be contraindicated for the treatment. They must be checked with your doctor. For some contraindicated conditions and medications we may need a certificate from your doctor regarding suitability of the treatment in order to perform the treatments.
Do not take photosensitive medication nor antibiotics nor antihistamines before your Patch test appointment and also before you come for your following treatments. Read the medication description in case of doubt. In order to perform a patch test or a treatment, we need to wait at least two weeks since last medication, please consult your doctor in case of doubt.

You must be aged 18 years or over to make a booking with us. At the time of booking, you must provide us with your contact details. Failure to do so will result in additional charges being levied. These details must include a telephone number so that we or our authorised agent can inform you of any changes, amendments, delays or cancellations which may apply to your appointments. If you fail to meet this obligation and we cannot reach you, we will not be liable to you or anyone else in your booking for any loss or expense you and they incur because of a lack of information from us about such a change, amendment, delay or cancellation.
After you have made your booking we will send you an e-mail confirming acceptance and it is at this time that a binding contract comes into existence between you and us.
Please check your confirmation e-mail very carefully. If there are any discrepancies or it is not what you think you booked, please contact our call centre immediately and no later than within 24 hours of booking to discuss. DepiCool accepts no responsibility for non-receipt of emails. It is your responsibility to contact us if you do not receive an expected email regarding a booking confirmation.

You need to quote this number at the centre of your choice at the date and time of booking. The number is valid for appointment booked or as subsequently amended. All prices displayed are subject to change without notice before a booking is confirmed. Most online discounts and promotional prices are not available for bookings made through our call centre. Please note that sessions on our website reservation system will “time out” after 5 minutes if you do not proceed to with getting your booking confirmed.
Until your booking is confirmed and payment effected, the appointments you have selected have not been removed from the DepiCool appointments inventory. If those appointments are no longer available at the time you select “Purchase”, a message will be displayed telling you this and you will have to re-select a new appointment date and time subject to availability.
You must pay for your booking in full when a confirmed booking is made. If valid payment in full is not made when the booking is confirmed, we may at any time prior to your appointment cancel your booking. Should any monies be owed to us at any time we reserve the right to cancel your booking until such time as any outstanding debts have been paid in full. Where any refund is due in respect of any booking, it will be paid only to the person who paid for the booking.
